In order to be eligible for the bonus, the following conditions apply:
- The employee must successfully complete their 90-day introductory period along with the completion of a satisfactory 90-day review in order to receive the first installment of $500.00.
- The employee must successfully complete their 180 days of employment in order to receive the second installment of $500.00.
